This fee must be submitted with your awards application. All applications and fees are due by February 9, 2026.

Please note that there is an option to purchase the physical award only. Selecting this option does not reserve a seat at Elevate & Celebrate; event tickets must be purchased separately.

If you choose the bundle option, you will receive a discounted rate that includes one ticket to Elevate & Celebrate along with your physical award, which will be presented at the event.
