Principal Broker TREC Core- 6 hours towards TREC Core requirements; 2 hours towards electives.

This course is open to anyone who holds Broker license in the state of TN.

Class will be from 8:00am-4:30pm- this includes an hour lunch break.

Cancellation of Class Registration-

WCAR Members: If you cannot make it to this class, please email me to cancel your registration. If you do not cancel your registration, you will be charged a $10.00 No Show Fee.
Non-Members: WCAR account credit for class registration fees are to be honored only for requests received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the day the course is to be provided. No refunds will be provided.
