Monica Neubauer

Monica has been a REALTOR in the Nashville, TN market since 2002. In 2015 she was awarded REALTOR of the Year for 2016 by the Williamson County Association of REALTORS. She has seen the highs and the lows. During these years, she did all of the tasks listed above.  She also served on the local Association of Realtors as a member of the education, grievance, and professional standards committees. As an avid learner, a self-proclaimed education junkie, she loved taking classes, learning new things, and continuing to provide great service to her clients.  She began teaching at the local Association and now is a National Instructor for the National Association of REALTORS with the Real Estate Buyer’s Agency Council (REBAC).  In 2014 Monica was awarded the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Outstanding Service Award by the National Association of REALTORS at the National Conference in New Orleans.
