What is Building a Smart Business?
This six hour course can be used as either an introduction to Ninja Selling, or as a refresher course after
the Ninja Selling Installation.

Course learning objectives:

  • Learn the 4-step Ninja sales process.
  • Develop systems to create a continuous flow of buyers and sellers coming to you.
  • Discover the nine habits of success in generating business.
  • Learn to negotiate like a Ninja.
  • Learn to articulate your value proposition.
  • Understand the method of Socratic Selling: asking the right questions in the right sequence.
  • Learn how to read your customer’s personality, learning modality and decision strategy.
  • Learn the five daily habits to increase your performance.
