Topics will include how a Business Plan is important to your success, setting goals, developing a workable budget as well as how to utilize your budget and financial statements to determine what and where you need to make adjustments in order to have a successful business. You will leave with nuggets of wisdom to assist you, as a Realtor, to thrive in our changing world.
